Do MTL RTAs work with nic salts?

They do. Low wattage and tight airflow make them a natural fit for 10mg and 20mg nic salts. 50/50 and high PG liquids wick well through the smaller juice ports too.

Are high-end MTL RTAs worth the money?

If flavour matters to you, yes. Tighter machining on the airflow, better post screws on the deck, smoother threading - it all adds up. The build quality on something like a Chephren or a Bishop is a different league to budget options.
