IVG XL 35K refill pods are the replacement pods for the IVG XL 35K vape kit, also sold as IVG XL35. It is the highest-puff option in the IVG prefilled pod range. Each pack contains a 2ml prefilled pod with a built-in dual mesh coil plus two 10ml auto-refill containers.
That gives 22ml of 20mg nic salt e-liquid in total and up to approximately 35,000 puffs per pack. Which is why the range is known as IVG 35000 puffs. Fifteen flavours sit in the range, weighted towards fruit, ice and candy profiles.

How the IVG XL 35K auto-refill pod works
Snap the prefilled pod into the IVG XL 35K kit, slot one of the 10ml containers underneath, and the device takes care of the rest. As the 2ml pod runs low, the container above-feeds e-liquid down through a one-way valve to keep the pod topped up. You do not fill your own pod, prime a coil or measure anything.
When the first 10ml container empties, swap it for the second one in the pack. The dual mesh coil in the pod runs the whole 22ml. That is why one pack lasts up to approximately 35,000 puffs rather than the 600 you would get from a single TPD-sealed 2ml chamber on its own.
The pod itself is never opened or hand-filled. That keeps the kit fully aligned with the UK prefilled pod format.
The kit runs from a 1100mAh battery with USB-C charging. Tap the button under the screen to swap between Eco mode for longer battery life and Boost mode for stronger flavour. There is no button to press while you vape, so the draw stays inhale-activated.

How to fit a fresh IVG XL 35K pack
Setting a fresh pack into the kit takes under a minute. The steps work the same regardless of flavour.
- Take the prefilled pod and one of the 10ml containers out of the pack
- Peel the protective stickers off both halves
- Click the pod into the IVG XL 35K kit, then slot the 10ml container underneath
- Wait 2 to 3 minutes for the coil to soak before the first draw
- When the first container empties, swap it for the second one in the pack
