Swapping PIXL Duo 12 refill pods takes less than a minute. No tools, no bottles, no priming needed.
- Pull the used dual pod unit out of your kit
- Take your new PIXL Duo 12 refill pack and click both 1ml pods onto their 5ml containers
- Slot the combined unit into the kit
- Wait about 2 minutes for the wicks to soak, then vape
Each 5ml container feeds liquid into its 1ml pod on its own while you vape. Once both containers run dry, the whole unit gets swapped for a fresh pack.

The PIXL Duo 12 kit arrives locked as a safety measure. 3 clicks powers the kit on/off. 5 clicks toggles the child safety lock. The screen flashes and the lock icon clears.

Your kit locks itself after sitting idle for about 10 minutes. Same fix every time, five quick clicks. Brand new out of the box and nothing happens when you inhale? It shipped with the safety lock on. Five clicks sorts it.
Still nothing after clicking? Charge it first. A flat battery won't respond to anything. Give it 15 minutes on USB-C and try the five clicks again.
Boost mode is a separate thing. Double-click the base button to turn it on or off. You'll get a harder hit from the coil but your pod and battery won't last as long.

Red light means charge it. USB-C, roughly 45 minutes from empty to full. If it's still red after a full charge, pop the pod unit out and push it back in. That usually clears it.
You'll see the fire symbol flash every time you take a draw. That's just the screen showing the kit is active. If it stays lit when you're not using it, pull the pods out and wipe the metal contacts on the bottom of the pod unit and inside the kit.
