IVG 2400 Pods

The IVG 2400 is the original 4-in-1 prefilled pod kit. Four 2ml pods load at once and you twist the barrel to switch flavour.

Every pod holds 20mg nic salt with a built-in mesh coil. The kit runs on a 1750mAh rechargeable battery with USB-C charging.

Two pod pack formats here: the 4-in-1 multi flavour pack with four pods, and the 2-in-1 single flavour pack with two pods.

Each pod gives up to approximately 600 puffs. A full 4-in-1 pack runs to about 2,400 puffs total.

With the 4-in-1 packs, all four pods slot into the rotating barrel at once. Lift the top, twist to whichever number you want, and draw. No swap-overs through the day.

The 2-in-1 packs go in any two of the four slots if you prefer one flavour at a time. Or use them on their own in the smaller IVG Reload Mini.

IVG 2400 vape kit and Reload Mini compatibility

Same pod, two kits. Reload pods fit the full-size IVG 2400 4-in-1 vape kit and the smaller Reload Mini starter kit.

The 2400 device holds all four pods and you twist between them. The Reload Mini takes one pod at a time in a pocket-friendly body and you swap as you go.

Either way it is the exact same Reload replacement pod. If you are coming from a disposable and want something small to start with, the Reload Mini sits alongside our other prefilled pod vape kits.

One to watch: Reload pods only fit the 2400 and the Reload Mini. They do not fit the IVG Air, IVG Pro or any other IVG kit. The wider IVG pod platform has separate cartridges for each device.

20mg nic salt and mesh coils on every pod

All Reload refill pods carry 20mg nic salt in a 50/50 VG/PG ratio. Same strength as the old IVG 2400 disposables.

Nic salts give a smoother hit than freebase at 20mg. The 50/50 ratio keeps vapour on the lighter side for mouth-to-lung draws.

Every pod has a mesh coil fitted. Mesh holds taste from the first draw to the last, where wire coils start dropping off about halfway through.

1750mAh battery and USB-C charging on the kit

The IVG 2400 vape kit runs on a 1750mAh internal battery. That is enough to see most users through a full 4-in-1 pack between charges.

Charging is USB-C. Cable plugs in the base and a top-up to full takes around 45 minutes from flat.

If you are using 2-in-1 packs and getting through pods quicker than the battery drains, top up at home overnight and you'll be set.

The Reload Mini has its own smaller battery with the same USB-C charging port. Buy either kit once, refill with pods after.

IVG 2400 vs disposables: how the refill format saves money

An 4-in-1 pack delivers roughly the same approximate 2,400 puffs as the old IVG 2400 disposables, but at roughly half the per-puff cost. The Reload pod ships as a single refill pack containing four flavour pods. Spend per puff drops noticeably compared with buying a separate disposable each restock.

Buying 4-in-1 packs in larger quantities or as a box of 10 brings the per-pack cost down further. Use a refillable kit alongside and you can drop in IVG nic salts in 10ml bottles for even cheaper running.

How to use IVG 2400 reload pods

First time setup (4-in-1 kit):

• Pop the top cap off the kit
• Peel the rubber seal off the bottom of each pod
• Push all four pods into the slots, one way only
• Click the top cap back on
• Line the arrow up with number 1 and take a draw

Switching flavours:

• Lift the top section up, twist it round to a different number, push it back down. That's it.

Using 2-in-1 packs:

• Both pods go in any two of the four positions. Out of liquid? Pull them, click fresh pods in, cap back on.

Using pods in the Reload Mini:

• Pull the mouthpiece off, drop a pod in, push the mouthpiece back. One pod at a time. Swap when flavour drops off.

Worth knowing:

• Line the arrow up before every draw or you'll get a burnt taste
• Don't try prising pods open, they are factory sealed
• Flavour dropping off or thin vapour means that pod is done
• Store spare pods somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight
• Most people get 1 to 3 days from a pod, depending on draw rate
• Not working or no vapour? Charge the kit and check the pod is seated with the arrow lined up

How the IVG 2400 sits in the wider IVG range
