The Vaporesso XROS 5 picks up where the XROS 4 left off with a bigger battery, better pods, and a colour screen. You're getting 1500mAh, 30W output, and adjustable airflow for both MTL and RDL vaping. It's the latest in the XROS series and works with every XROS pod ever made.
Two COREX 3.0 XROS pods come in the box at 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω. Older XROS pods fit too, anything from 0.4Ω up to 1.2Ω. Fourteen colours to pick from across leather, silk, and opal finishes. Fill it with nic salts or 50/50 e-liquids depending on the pod you're running.

Four modes on the XROS 5. You cycle through them with the fire button.

Drops output to stretch battery life |
Smart's the easiest if you swap pods a lot. It reads the resistance and sorts the wattage on its own. Eco's worth switching to when you're out and need the battery to last. Our guide to the kit's top features goes through all four modes.

Two COREX 3.0 pods in the box. The 0.6Ω runs a looser draw for RDL and the 0.8Ω is tighter for MTL. Flavour holds up better than the older XROS mesh pods, especially towards the end of the coil's life where cheaper pods tend to drop off.

You're not stuck with COREX 3.0 either. Every XROS pod from 0.4Ω to 1.2Ω fits, including the originals and the mesh versions. If you're not sure what nic strength to go with, our nic salt strengths guide breaks it down.

The 1500mAh battery's 50% bigger than the XROS 4's. Most MTL vapers will get a full day out of it. Light use stretches that to a couple of days between charges. USB-C at 3A gets you to 80% in about 20 minutes and a full charge from the flat takes around 35 minutes.
The 0.88 inch screen shows your battery percentage so you know where you're at. Six screen colour themes to pick from and the kit remembers your settings when you swap pods.

There's a slider on the side that goes from tight MTL to open RDL. Close it right down for a cigarette-style pull with nic salts. Open it up for more vapour on 50/50 juice. Our MTL vs DTL vs RDL guide explains the differences if you're not sure which suits you.
Pods pull out from the top to fill. Each one holds 2ml (TPD compliant) and clicks back in magnetically.

Fourteen colours across four finish types.

The XROS 4's battery was the weak point and Vaporesso sorted it here. You're getting 1500mAh now, up from 1000mAh, so a full day on MTL is easy enough. COREX 3.0 pods hold their flavour longer than older XROS coils too.
You can still use every older XROS pod from 0.4Ω to 1.2Ω. Four power modes and the adjustable airflow slider handle both MTL and RDL without swapping kits. And 3A USB-C charging gets you to 80% in about 20 minutes.
