Vaporesso Armour G

The Vaporesso Armour G is a pod kit with a 3000mAh battery and adjustable power up to 80W. It works for MTL, RDL and DTL vaping depending on which GTX coil you've got installed. The battery lasts most vapers several days between charges, and USB-C fast charging gets you back up and running without a long wait.

You've got three vaping modes to pick from on the Armour G. Smart Mode sets the wattage automatically based on your coil resistance. Pulse Mode runs hotter for richer flavour and more vapour. ECO Mode drops the power to stretch battery life when you need it. The 0.96 inch colour screen shows your current mode, wattage and battery level.

The Armour G pods take any GTX coil from 0.15 to 1.2 ohm. The four-level adjustable top airflow lets you go from tight MTL draws right through to wide-open DTL clouds. Available in 10 colours including Nebula Green, Pastel Lilac and Grey Knight.

MTL Vaping

Close the top airflow down to the tightest setting and use a 0.8 or 1.2 ohm GTX coil. Smart Mode will automatically drop the wattage to suit the higher resistance. Pair it with a 10 or 20mg nic salt and the draw feels close to a cigarette. The 4-level airflow gives you enough control to find the exact tightness you want without it being too fiddly.

Armour G Modes Explained

Smart Mode reads your coil resistance and picks the right wattage for you. It's the easiest option if you don't want to think about settings - just install a coil and vape. Pulse Mode runs the coil hotter in short bursts, which pulls more flavour out of your juice at the cost of slightly faster battery drain. ECO Mode does the opposite and lowers power output to stretch battery life when you're out and about.

Coil Compatibility

The Armour G uses Vaporesso GTX coils across the full range from 0.15 to 1.2 ohm. You get a 0.2 ohm and 0.4 ohm in the box which cover DTL and RDL vaping. If you're after MTL with nic salts, grab the 0.8 or 1.2 ohm GTX coils separately. Smart Mode reads whichever coil you install and sets the wattage to match, so you don't need to adjust anything when you swap between them.

Why Choose the Vaporesso Armour G?

Most pod kits on the market force you to pick a lane. They're either MTL or DTL, low power or high power. The Armour G covers everything because of the GTX coil platform. Stick a 1.2 ohm coil in with the airflow closed down and it's a proper MTL vape for nic salts. Swap to a 0.2 ohm coil with the airflow wide open and you're chucking DTL clouds at 55W. Same Armour G kit both times, but a completely different experience depending on the coil.

The 3000mAh battery is on the larger end for a pod kit at this size. Most competing kits run 1000 to 1500mAh, so you're getting double or triple the battery life here. ECO Mode stretches it even further if you're out for the day and can't charge.
