The SturdyONE Titanium RBA by Sturdy MFG takes the proven SturdyONE platform and upgrades it with premium Ti22G5 titanium construction. Built for both Boro and DotAIO platforms, this limited edition features titanium chimneys, cap, base and Dot adapter with custom anodisation in 7 different finishes. The upgraded slammed cap with butterfly pockets and 5.1mm ovalised wicking ports delivers enhanced flavour production. Includes an engraved PCTG Dot-sized tank holding over 4.2ml, plus both black PEEK OneUP and brass Boro adapters. The SS316 food-grade deck supports single coil builds up to 3.0mm ID with deeper indents and wider chamfers for easier building. Five airflow pins let you dial in your perfect draw from tight MTL to open RDL.

Premium Titanium Construction

The SturdyONE Titanium uses Ti22G5 titanium for the chimney, cap, base and Dot adapter - reducing weight while adding durability. Choose from 7 custom anodisation finishes to match your setup. The titanium components are CNC machined and engraved for precision fit and finish. This construction maintains full compatibility with all existing Sturdy products.

Enhanced Flavour Design

The upgraded slammed cap reduces chamber size while butterfly pockets create targeted airflow patterns. Combined with 5.1mm ovalized wicking ports, this design keeps cotton saturated while concentrating flavour. The SS316 food-grade deck features deeper indents and wider chamfers, making coil installation easier while maintaining conductivity.

Airflow & Platform Flexibility

Five SS304 airflow pins ranging from 1.0mm to 3.6mm give you complete draw control - from tight MTL to loose RDL. The Ti22G5 Dot adapter features upgraded airflow with 4 ports enlarged by 1mm width and 0.6mm height. The black PEEK and brass Boro adapters also get airflow improvements with 0.6mm wider and 0.1mm taller ports. Works seamlessly on both Boro and Dot platforms.

Build Deck & Installation

The SS316 deck supports coils up to 3.0mm diameter with slotted post screws for secure connections. Built-in 510 threading makes coil installation straightforward - screw the deck into any 510 stand for building. The black PEEK OneUP insulator and reducer come pre-installed. Direct wicking system ensures consistent juice flow to your cotton.
