Geekvape B Series Coils

The Geekvape B Series coils are the replacement coils for the Aegis Boost range, Aegis Hero kits, the H45, and all Z Nano tanks. Seven resistances from 0.15Ω up to 1.2Ω cover everything from tight MTL through to full DTL. All of them use KA1 mesh and push straight in with no threading.

Five of the seven (0.15Ω to 0.6Ω) are the newer Boost versions that last roughly twice as long as the older B coils. The two MTL options (0.8Ω and 1.2Ω) use standard construction. Each pack has five coils. Nic salts, 50/50 freebase, and high VG shortfills all work depending on which resistance you pick.

B Series Coil Resistances

DTL Coils

These three are for open lung vaping with high VG or max VG e-liquids. The 0.15Ω pulls the most power and puts out the most vapour. The 0.3Ω sits at a lower wattage and works well if you want DTL without burning through battery and liquid as fast.

RDL Coils

The 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω sit between MTL and DTL. The 0.6Ω is the most flexible coil in the B Series range because it handles nic salts, 50/50, and high VG without issues. Good starting point if you're not sure which resistance to go for.

MTL Coils

Both MTL coils work best with nic salts at 10mg or 20mg. The 1.2Ω is the tightest pull in the range and uses the least battery. These two use standard construction rather than the Boost version, so coil life is shorter than the lower resistances.

The H45 kit uses B Series coils even though it's not part of the Aegis Boost or Hero range. Same goes for all four Z Nano tank versions. If you're searching for "H45 coils" or "Z Nano coils," B Series is the one you want.

Push-Fit Installation

B Series coils push straight into the pod base. Pull the base off, press the coil in until it clicks, and put the base back on. No threading or twisting needed.

Prime every new coil before you vape on it. Drop e-liquid onto the exposed cotton through the top and side ports, then leave it for three to five minutes. This stops the cotton burning on the first few draws.
