XT Ultra GT 220 V1.0 Chipset

The XT Ultra GT 220 V1.0 chipset delivers reliable power from 5W up to 220W. You can update the firmware through the Rayden 220 PC interface, keeping your mod current with any future improvements BD Vape releases.

6 Output Modes

Pick the mode that suits how you vape. Power mode lets you set wattage manually from 5-220W. Voltage mode gives you control between 1-8V. Bypass mode fires based on your coil resistance and battery level for a mech-style hit.

Then you've got the boost modes - MTL outputs fixed power with a smooth curve, Soft starts lower and ramps up, Normal is balanced for daily use, Hard gives an initial punch then settles back.

And Pro mode lets you create custom pre-sets with adjustable time (0-8s) and power settings which is great for more personalised vaping.

The PC software lets you upload up to 5 of your own images.

Dual 18650 Battery Setup

The Rayden 220 mod is powered by two 18650 batteries (sold separately) so you get plenty of capacity to run at higher wattages all day long. There’s also built-in USB-C charging, although an external charger will keep your batteries healthier long term so is always recommended.

Dedicated ON/OFF Switch

A proper ON/OFF switch on the side fully deactivates the mod when you're not using it. No five-click sequences - just flick the switch.
